Welcome to Theo Tilton Coaching. By accessing our website, purchasing our programs, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

SERVICES OFFERED

Theo Tilton Coaching provides a comprehensive range of transformation and coaching services:

Individual Coaching Programs:
– VIP Coaching (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers)
– One-on-one coaching sessions
– Spiritual and business coaching
– Team performance coaching
– Communication coaching

Group Coaching Programs:
– Accountability Accelerator program
– Practice Method Mastery program (12-week group coaching)
– Quantum Mind Shifting (QMS) Program (7-week group coaching)
– Practice Method Online (30-day individual coaching program)

Mastermind and Group Sessions:
– Quantum Leap Mastermind (Wednesday sessions)
– VIP Q&A Collective (Friday sessions)
– Accountability Huddle (Monday group calls)
– Power Hour sessions (silent accountability sessions)

Specialized Services:
– Human Design Body Graph readings
– Quantum Mind Shifting sessions

PROGRAM-SPECIFIC TERMS

VIP Coaching Tiers:
– Bronze Package: $4,000/month (1 session/month) or 6-month retainer at $1,500/month (2 sessions/month)
– Silver, Gold, Platinum: Pricing varies by tier and includes increasing session frequency and program access
– Gold and Platinum: Include full program access (huddles, power hours, mastermind, Friday calls)
– All VIP tiers: Include Practice Method book and access to relevant digital resources

Accountability Accelerator:
– Founding Circle (October 2025 – January 2026): $250/month
– Founding Circle members: Lock in $250/month pricing through September 2026
– Regular program pricing (January 2026): $1,499/month
– Includes: Monday Accountability Huddle, Monday Power Hour, Wednesday Quantum Leap Mastermind, Friday VIP Q&A Collective

Group Coaching Programs:
– Practice Method Mastery: $4,500 for 12-week program
– QMS Program: $2,500 for 7-week program
– Practice Method Online: 30-day individual program with certification upon completion

Individual Sessions:
– VIP Life Coaching: $2,500 per session
– Human Design Readings: $125-$250 per session
– Quantum Mind Shifting Sessions: $125-$250 per session
– Expo Sessions: $30 for 15 minutes, $60 for 30 minutes
– Chakra Healing/Meditation: $125+ per session

Speaking Engagements:
– Standard Keynote Fee: $15,000
– Weekend Retreats: $15,000 plus travel, lodging, and meals
– Workshop Sessions: Pricing varies by duration and format

Books and Products:
– Physical and digital versions available
– Pricing varies by format and package deals
– Available through multiple channels (Amazon, website, in-person events)

PAYMENT TERMS

General Payment Policies:
– All payments are processed through Stripe
– Monthly programs are billed automatically on the same date each month
– Retainer programs require upfront payment or approved payment plans
– You are responsible for maintaining current payment information
– Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts

VIP Coaching:
– Monthly billing for ongoing programs
– Retainer programs billed according to agreed schedule
– Session packages must be used within specified timeframes

Group Programs:
– Full payment due at enrollment or approved payment plan
– No partial refunds for missed sessions

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Strict No Refunds, No Cancellations Policy:
– All sales are final once payment is processed
– Clients are expected to be accountable and show up for scheduled sessions
– No refunds for unused sessions, missed appointments, or program non-completion

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Accountability Accelerator Only):
– If you don’t see measurable progress in your first month, we’ll work with you until you do
– This guarantee provides additional support, not monetary refund
– Applies only to Accountability Accelerator program

Exceptions:
– Founding Circle members may pause membership for up to 30 days with advance notice
– Medical emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis
– Program modifications may be offered in lieu of cancellations

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a program participant, you agree to:
– Attend all scheduled sessions and complete assigned work
– Treat all participants, staff, and facilitators with respect
– Maintain strict confidentiality of other participants’ shared information
– Take full responsibility for implementing coaching guidance and recommendations
– Provide accurate information necessary for program delivery
– Engage authentically and commit to the transformation process
– Follow all program guidelines and protocols
– Notify us promptly of any scheduling conflicts or issues

Content and Media Release: By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and agree that:
– Sessions may be recorded for quality, educational, and marketing purposes
– You grant us perpetual, royalty-free rights to use your likeness, voice, and shared content in our marketing materials
– You understand that your participation may be featured in social media advertising, website content, and promotional materials
– You can opt out of recordings or request content removal at any time by contacting theo@theotilton.com
– This consent covers all forms of media including video, audio, written testimonials, and photographic content

PROGRAM COMPLETION AND GRADUATION

VIP Coaching:
– Completion of 6-12 month VIP program demonstrates working knowledge of tools and methods
– Graduation criteria vary by tier and individual progress

Practice Method Programs:
– Practice Method Online provides certificate after 12-week completion
– Practice Method Mastery includes 24+ distinctions over 12 weeks
– Completion requires full participation and assignment submission

Group Programs:
– Regular attendance and participation required for program benefits
– Makeup sessions may be available for excused absences

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, and resources provided by Theo Tilton Coaching are protected by copyright and trademark laws:

Protected Materials Include:
– The PRACTICE Method™ system and methodology
– Quantum Mind Shifting techniques and processes
– All books, workbooks, and written materials
– Audio recordings, guided meditations, and digital content
– Workshop materials, handouts, and presentations
– Proprietary coaching frameworks and tools

Usage Restrictions:
You may not:
– Share, distribute, or resell any program materials
– Record or reproduce sessions without written permission
– Use our content, methods, or materials for commercial purposes
– Teach or facilitate our proprietary methods without certification
– Copy or reproduce any copyrighted materials

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

Group Session Confidentiality:
– All information shared in group settings must remain confidential
– Participants agree not to discuss other members’ personal information outside sessions
– Violation of confidentiality may result in program termination without refund

Coach-Client Confidentiality:
– Individual coaching sessions are confidential
– Information may be shared only with written consent or as required by law
– Success stories and testimonials require explicit permission

HEALTH AND PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMERS

Coaching Services:
– Our services are educational and transformational in nature
– We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice
– Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and commitment
– Consult appropriate professionals for specific health, mental health, legal, or financial concerns

Fitness Services:
– Participants must be medically cleared for physical activity
– Inform instructor of any injuries, limitations, or health conditions
– Participate at your own risk and within your physical capabilities

Human Design and Spiritual Services:
– Provided for educational and self-discovery purposes
– Not a substitute for professional counseling or medical treatment
– Individual interpretation and application of information is your responsibility

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Theo Tilton Coaching’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for services. We do not guarantee specific results, as individual outcomes depend on personal effort, commitment, and circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for:
– Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
– Lost profits or business opportunities
– Personal injury (except where prohibited by law)
– Failure to achieve desired results
– Technical issues or service interruptions

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

We reserve the right to terminate services for:
– Violation of these terms
– Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
– Non-payment of fees
– Breach of confidentiality agreements
– Any conduct detrimental to other participants or program integrity

Termination does not entitle you to refunds of fees already paid.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND SERVICES

We reserve the right to:
– Update these Terms of Service with notice to active participants
– Modify program content, schedules, or delivery methods
– Adjust pricing for future enrollments
– Discontinue programs with appropriate notice

Significant changes will be communicated to active program participants.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey.

By participating in our programs and providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Theo Tilton Coaching, including but not limited to:

– Accountability check-ins and motivational messages

– Administrative communications related to your services

CONSENT AND OPT-OUT

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by:

MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND CHARGES
